Introduction to Miss Wildheart

Welcome to Misswildheart
I am not too sure how well I write to express but I am sure it won't be that bad either.
This blog is a wish and a way of expressing myself and my simple life. And. my life is all about  fashion, food, and travel, So I will write on these elements and share my journey with you all.

Fashion for all love of clothes and accessories. I have always loved dressing up. And my style statement is more of a comfort yet stylish.

Food cause I believe that 'we live to eat'. Love experimenting and trying new cuisine. Also, bar and restaurant hopping is my hobby.

And travel as after working hard for months (Ohh mine is every two months) a small leisure trip is a necessity. I feel travel gives you a chance to explore a new place along with your inner self.

That's about it.

For a sneak peak in my life. Stay tuned...
Lots of love.

Other side of the city - A day from Victorian Era

Mumbai...A city that never sleeps, a city which is home to Bollywood and to people from all over the country . This very own city of ours has a huge history of art and culture. People come here to live their dreams and make a life, and get lost in the speed of the city. But Mumbai has a lot more to offer. Ask this to a person who comes to visit Mumbai as tourist, and he'll tell you what a real Mumbai is. In this series I would be visiting such conventional places in Mumbai and giving it a fresh perspective. Starting with Museums and art gallery. So first I visited this beautiful Victorian style Museum - Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum is one of the oldest Museum in India. And it dates back to 1872. Though initial establishment of this Museum was made in 1855 by Lord Elphinstone . The  committee formed for this Museum included; Bhau Daji Lad, Sir J.J and many more. The Museum was initially known as Victoria and Albert Museum. And was renamed after Dr. Bhau Daji Lad in 1975. And...

Monsoon Trek - Lohagad Fort

As monsoon arrives Mumbaikars plans a day trip to waterfalls or forts/hills. Monsoon is the best season for the trek as you get a feeling of walking into the clouds. There are quite a few forts nearby Mumbai for one day trek but if you have never trekked you probably need to start off with the easiest fort/hill.  We (me & my friends) too planned a trek to this beautiful fort near Lonavala named Lohagad. It is considered as the easiest of all and it hardly takes an hour and a half to two hours to get to the top of the fort. This iron fort has a beautiful structure and under heavy monsoon rain, the plateau on the fort becomes misty and cold. Sadly it didn't rain during our visit but it was only cloudy. So overall it was a pleasant weather for a trekking day.   View at the first sight And yes not to forget the  scenic surrounding, which makes climbing the fort a little easy and worth. When you reach to little height a...

Miss Wildheart recommends restaurants in Goa

GOA is love of my life. I happen to take minimum two trips a years to Goa. And why not ??? It's a beautiful place and you get cheap beers. Yeah!  I love my beers more than my Rum and Whiskey. Also I love seafood especially Goan Cuisine, the yummy and fresh fish are just irresistible.  My Goa trips are more about food and every single person who knows me has an idea that sea food is my love. So trust me when I say that I have tried many fancy, average and homestyle restaurants in Goa and below are the ones that have really impressed me with their food and the quality of fish. I make it a point i visit at least two these restaurants on each trips.  Below are few of my favourite restaurants in Goa. Kokni Kanteen: Fish Thali at Kokni Kanteen, Panjim With amazing interiors and super amazing seafood, this place is highly recommended. The food severed authentic kokni food, that would be staple in Goan household. If you are visiting on sunday ...
